How to number PDF pages
- Drop a PDF into the box, or tap choose files.
- Choose where the number goes, its format and size. To leave the title page without a number, set Number from page to 2. Check the preview — it is the real result.
- Press Add page numbers and Download.
Title page and first number
Number from page sets the first page that gets a number; First number sets which number it shows. For example, a thesis with a title page: number from page 2, first number 2 — the title page is counted but not numbered.
Double-sided printing
With the number in a corner, tick Mirror for double-sided printing: odd pages are numbered on the right, even pages on the left, so the number is always on the outer edge of the book.
Numbers are added as real text, so they print sharply and the rest of the page is not changed.

How do I skip the first page?
Set Number from page to 2. If the second page should show “2”, also set First number to 2; if it should show “1”, leave it at 1.
Can I write “Page 1 of 10”?
Yes, choose this format in the list. The total is calculated automatically.
Will numbering work for landscape or rotated pages?
Yes. The number is placed relative to the page as you see it.
