Three ways to create a signature
Draw it with a mouse, a finger on a phone or a stylus on a tablet. Type your name and choose a handwriting style. Or sign on white paper, take a photo and use From a photo: the white background is removed, so the signature lies on the document like real ink.
Initials on every page
Select the signature and press Copy to all pages — it appears in the same place on each page. Remove it from any page you don’t need.
About legal force
A signature added this way is a picture of your signature. It is fine for everyday documents: applications, internal papers, acts, documents you’d otherwise print, sign and scan. It is not a digital (electronic) signature, so on its own it has no legal force. If a document must be legally binding, sign it with the electronic signature service accepted in your country.
